Abstract：
现代课堂改革中很重要的一个发展方向就是加强对学生的针对性指导,根据学生的差异性进行重点的教学设计,让成绩较差的学生也能快速地找到提高学习效果的路径,并且是全班学生都能在正确的学习方式的指引下不断地强化自身的学习能力,这是对初中英语教育的新要求,也是改善学生学习体验的有效手段.因此,本文针对初中英语阅读教学过程中分层教学策略的运用做出简要分析.
