Abstract：
创新思维能力是打破已有的思维,用全新的方法解决问题或创造事物的能力.在当今社会中急需创新型的人才,老师作为为社会输送人才的传输者,有责任和义务培养学生的创新能力,激发学生的创新意识.在小学数学课堂中,老师首先要创新教学方法,为能够培养学生的创新能力奠定基础;其次老师要帮助学生构建知识体系,将其不断完善,并且老师还要根据学生的学习能力不断地调整教学策略和进度,让学生能够跟上老师的教学思路,激发他们的学习兴趣.
