Abstract：
阅读和写作是小学语文教学过程中较为重要的教学形式.它们不但能有效促进孩子语文水平的提升,而且对学生综合能力和语文学科核心素养的发展也有很大的作用.因此,小学教师在教学实践中,要强化学生的阅读和写作水平,通过学生读写水平的提升,加强其核心素养.在提高学生核心素养的同时,加强学生综合素质培养也是新课改背景下教育的主要目标.
