    Abstract：

    近些年,我国社会经济发展迅猛,国内众多企业在人才聘用的标准上也在不断地提高.企业要求员工要具备非常强的专业技术能力,同时还要求员工能够具备职场中的工匠精神.在中职院校的教学工作中,教师应当重视学生工匠精神的培养工作,其中语文学科的教学质量直接影响着学生工匠精神的培养与提高,因此中职语文教学工作显得尤为重要.
