Abstract：
对高校工作进行考核的重要指标之一就是师德建设的成果和办学质量的好坏.随着我国经济的发展,高校的建设发展,也不可避免的需要呼应新时代的主题.而在这一过程当中,高校教师的道德水准和素质水平非常重要,因为高校教师不仅指引学生的发展之路,更加也关系到学生的道德需要培养和能力教学培养.因此本文从社会主义核心价值观入手,对高校教师如何做到深圳为师,立德树人,指引新时期学生学习与发展的方法与措施进行探讨.
