新课改等提出了"立德树人,以人为本"的教育宗旨,更加重视人才的全面发展,尤其是德育,成为培养学生的核心素养与素质教育全面发展的关键.本文从班主任的角度,去探索在初中教育阶段,如何对学生开展良好的德育工作的一系列对策.
