声像档案管理涉及社会组织与国家机构以及个人的各项具有重大意义的活动.比如,形成的对自身或者国家社会有价值的照片、底片影片等,以不同的材料为载体,主要以声音为主,同时也有文字进行说明与记录,由此本文着重阐述声像档案的特点以及档案管理中声像档案管理的问题与策略.
