仪式作为一种经历,承载和蕴含着丰富的情感,但学校仪式教育后在班级管理中常常无法得以延伸,常被学校管理者弱化,被班主任淡化,在学生心里自然就被软化了.作为学校德育工作的主阵地,班主任需将仪式教育细化到个体体验,进一步丰满学生对班集体的确认和情感.
