Abstract：
伴随医疗体制改革,医院管理工作的重心需要越发凸显人文关怀的效应与精神意识,这也是强调医院管理工作、医患关系"以人为本",和谐化发展的理念.因此,在医院管理工作的开展中,需要每一名医务工作者能够将人文关怀展现于自己对病人的关心关爱中,充分体现社会和谐化发展的积极态势.
