Abstract：
历史是开展素质教育的重要教学载体,确保初中历史教学的教学效果,才能使学生得到良好的素质教育与文化教育,促使学生的身心健康成长与学习发展.而在信息技术环境下各种新型的教学技术与教学资源得以衍生,基于此,初中历史教师应在这一环境下,创新新型的"四点法"教学方式,以保障学生能够真正学会与学好历史知识.
