    Abstract：

    高校学生宿舍是开展思政工作的重要阵地.为贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话精神,落实立德树人根本任务,发挥学生宿舍的"三全育人"功能,我校自2013年在学生宿舍开展"欢迎回家"德育实践活动.本文从我校学生宿舍"欢迎回家"德育实践活动内涵、做法及活动启示进行阐释,为高职院校探索学生宿舍的"三全育人"功能及其实现路径提供新思路.
