Abstract：
工匠精神作为从业者的一种职业价值取向和行为表现,将工匠精神融入技工院校学生的思想政治教育中不仅能够通过激励学生树立坚定的理想信念、树立爱岗敬业的职业规范,践行技工院校的时代使命.本文通过探寻将工匠精神融入技校学生的思想政治教育新的模式和途径,不仅能够提高技工院校思政教育的质量和效益,还能促进学生养成良好的个人修养与职业素质,践行青年一代的工匠精神.
