    小学语文教科书的教学设计形式直接影响教学质量,本文从体系不够完整、教学设计不合理,两个方面对统编小学语文教科书能力体系构建现状进行了总结,并从优化教学体系、完善教学形式、转变教学观念,三个角度对课程观引领下统编小学语文教科书能力体系的构建策略进行了整理,希望为关注这一话题的人们提供参考.
