身体是进行一切活动的基础,任何活动都离不开身体.因此,学校要加强对体育教学的重视,旨在提高学生的身体素质.随着素质教育的提出,人们对体育的重视程度不断加深,越来越多的体育生开始诞生,越来越多的人开始研究体育运动,体育受到了人们的广泛关注.文章主要从初中体育教育现状以及如何提高学生的身体素质进行讨论.
