由于高职院校内部人员在流动以及档案管理工作中将具有一定的繁杂性,因此将信息系统融入人事管理中将能够更好地实现办公条件自动化和数字化,进而为提升人事信息运用和调离的效率奠定良好基础.本文将对高职院校人事管理信息系统建设的实践路径进行探究.
