Abstract：
教研活动对于教育的发展有着非常积极的作用,通过教研活动一方面可以完善教育内容,优化教学方法,另一方面可以提升教师的专业素质、教学水平,从而提升最终的教育质量.随着教育改革的推进,教研工作成为学校重点管理内容,专门的教研组织、教研课题,不断推动者教学改革.本文以我校教研机制创新做为切入点,分析其在提升教师职业素养方面的积极作用,以供相关部门参考借鉴.
