Abstract：
伴随着经济高质量发展与教育领域教学持续深化改革,使得高校逐渐成为学生非认知能力培养的重要场所,在非认知教育背景下培养高校学生的责任心已逐渐成为教育深化改革的新风向标.在此背景下,大学生责任心培养的困境逐渐浮出水面,文章将分析大学生责任心培养中有可能出现的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以此为契机对大学生责任心培养工作的现状开展研究,提出一系列培养理论依据,提高大学生综合素质与责任心,为今后大学生人格培养与步入社会提供重要指引.
