Abstract：
《普通高中思想政治课程标准》对高中思政学科的核心素养进行了确定,明确提出要提高学生的政治认同感,培养学生的科学精神、法治意识,引导学生有序进行公共参与.议题式教学模式以议题为基础,通过议题设计教学活动,促进思政教学从传统知识导向型向素养导向型转变.
