    小学高年级的学生相较于低年级的学生而言,他们渐渐摆脱了对教师、对家长的全面依赖,自我意识渐渐觉醒,渴望能够在相对自由的环境中按照自己的意志成长.笔者分析了小学班主任德育工作的现状,并对保障小学高年级班主任德育工作实效性的策略进行了研究,希望能为小学高年级班主任提供更多的德育教育思路.
