    Abstract：

    在当前新课改的教育理念下,小学语文应该重视学生的"听、说、读、写",其中读写能力是当前小学教学中的基础,这对于学生的后期学习与发展而言有十分重要的作用.教师应该采取有效的教学方法做好教育工作,同时还能培养学生的核心素养,以此促进学生全面发展.本文围绕当前小学语文低年级读写能力培养作出分析,并提出相应的教学手段,以供参考.
