    网络开始进入人们的生活,各个领域都离不开对网络的使用.在小学的教学管理中,网络对教师整体教学水平的提升起着重要的作用.但是应该如何进行有效的网络教学,对学生整体学习能力的提升起到一定的积极影响,是教师应该注重的教学问题.网络是把双刃剑,教师需要采用适当的教学方式,才能进行有效的教学管理,提升学生的德育素养,使学生成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的优秀人才.
