    Abstract：

    沧州市位于华北平原东部,处于九河下哨的滨海平原,地质条件比较脆弱,地表水和浅层淡水资源相对匮乏.自20世纪六十年代末开始开采深层淡水,至七十年代、八十年代、九十年代、本世纪初的不断、大量开采深层地下水,引发了地下水位降落漏斗.随着深层地下水的长期超量开采,地下水位持续下降,地下水位降落漏斗面积逐年扩大,产生了地面沉降等环境地质问题.沧州已经成为华北地区地面沉降比较严重的地区之一.
