Abstract：
近几年,随着国家政策的支持,社会需求的增大,幼儿园教师越来越紧缺,尤其是高素质高水平的幼儿教师,呈现供不应求的趋势,而越来越多的高职院开始开设学前教育专业,对于新开的学前教育专业,如何实现专业教学质量高质量的增长,是每一个新手专业负责人应该思考的问题,在专业发展方面既要注重自身专业提升,同时也要协助团队、引领团队走专业可持续发展之路.
