    Abstract：

    在现代社会发展中,学习能力已经成为一个人长期的可持续的竞争力.在高中物理课程改革中,新课程标准根据时代发展要求,对学生的物理核心素养以及终身发展提出要求,而这也为学生的学习能力培养提供了依据.基于此,本文从新课标的基本要求出发,简要论述高中物理教学中提升学生学习能力的必要性,并从转变思想认识、指导学习方法、引导学习与反思等多角度提出教学建议,希望对落实高中物理新课程标准,提升学生的学习能力提供参考.
