Abstract：
随着新课改的不断落实,现代教学当中对教师教学能力的要求也不断提高,教师所掌握的传统的教学方式已经难以满足当前教学改革政策的需求.在现代教学当中的小学数学教师在课堂当中不仅要保证基础的教学质量以完成教学目标,还要通过教学内容的调整提高学生的学习兴趣,带动学生数学综合能力的发展,这就要求教师在教学当中能够不断地进行调整与创新.
