Abstract：
当前教学改革政策的影响下,小学英语的改革突飞猛进,大部分的教学方案都在进行着高速的改进,其中的种种弊端逐渐被筛选、过滤.身为当代小学英语教师应该积极地配合教学改革政策,通过学习当前优秀的教学方案提高自身的教学能力,应用先进的教学方法让小学英语的课堂更加高效.本文主要对小学英语教学当中如何落实教学改革方案进行探究.
