    对于当今社会应用技术型人才的市场需求而言,管理学课程要同时注重理论以及实践运用,然而现在诸多高校在教学工作之中存在不足之,本文主要针对此深入探讨了教学内容、方式、手段以及考核等四个角度工作,同时也作出了改革方面的意见以及建议,希望以此来增强学生的管理实践能力水平.
