    在我国教育政策的推动下,我国的大学遇到了新的发展机会,在这个机会下,图书馆作为我国教育的重要辅助,图书馆的经营遇到了更高的要求,相对于图书馆的管理人员,应当以图书馆当前的情况作为出发点,制定以人为本的体系,全面提升学者在图书馆学习的整体感受,以此为核心从事图书馆的日常工作.
