    高职院校作为高级职业人才的培养基地,在课程改革的大环境中也需结合社会就业形式,各专业就业优势、劣势对当前的课程设置与开展进行深入思索,以及时抓住各专业发展"风向标",对现有课程的不足进行改进,从而为相关人才的培养提供更优质的环境与路径.本文以高职体育教学篮球课程为例,对其课程改革进行背景的回溯和现存问题的分析,并提出具体的改革策略,以供参考.
