    Abstract：

    在高校学生管理中引入激励理论,有利于将外部推动力转化成学生内部的动力,推动学生的全面发展.同时,借助于激励机制,能够提高学生的自觉能动性,鼓励学生自觉、主动管理自我.基于此,本文首先分析将激励理论引入高校学生管理的重要性,之后探索在高校学生管理中如何有效运用激励理论,也为其他高校提供此方面的理论参考.
