Abstract：
随着经济和建筑行业的快速发展,工程变更是影响建筑工程目标控制的关键因素,项目建设中一旦发生工程变更,必然引起承发包双方的连锁反应,因此必须做好工程变更管理,保证工程建设有序开展.本文从工程变更的分类与特征出发,分析了工程变更的负面影响及发生变更的主要原因,并对加强工程变更管理的措施进行了详细阐述.
