    Abstract：

    随着素质教育和新课程改革的推进,学生的个性化发展越来越受到重视.过去"满堂灌"和"填鸭式"的教学方式,已经不再适应现代化教育理念.为了促进学生个性化发展,满足各个层次学生的学习需求,分层教学法越来越受到教学老师的青睐.基于此,本文将对分层教学法在小学数学教学中的应用展开探究,以期为提升小学数学教学质量贡献力量.
