Abstract：
随着城市化建设的快速发展,城市洪涝灾害、水环境污染、水资源短缺三大问题愈发明显,对人民的生命财产安全造成了巨大威胁,而海绵城市就是从生态系统服务角度出发,实现水的蓄存和释放,实现雨水在城市的自由迁移,进而解决城市内涝和干旱问题,改善生态环境,实现水资源的循环利用.
