    火灾现场勘验见证人制度在确定火灾原因,依法依规判处火灾当事人等方面发挥着非常重要的作用.本文简要介绍了国内火灾现场勘验见证人制度存在问题,并在此基础上针对性的提出了我国火灾现场勘验见证人制度存在问题的改进对策,确保火灾现场勘验见证人制度的有效落实,提高火灾现场勘验的科学性、有效性.
