    在我国教育改革力度日渐提高的现况下,新课改明确表明必须把学生当做学习过程中的主体,积极提升学生的整体能力与综合素养,推动其持续发展.所以,在教学过程中,学生必须将以人为本当作基础,并借助有效措施,提高小学语文教学水平.因此,对以人为本理念下的小学语文教学策略进行深入的探究与分析就显得愈发重要,以供参考.
