Abstract：
"新农科"是在农业现代化面临挑战的背景下,将农业学科与生命科学、信息科学、新能源、新材料以及社会科学深度融合交叉的新型学科.新农科建设启动后,农科学生就业问题,特别是对农科学生就业能力提升的研究相对较少.本文将通过对新农科建设背景下农科学生的就业现状及影响因素进行实证性分析,提出提升就业能力的方法,力争丰富和完善大学生就业的理论体系.
