"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,大学生创新创业成为了高校教育的重点内容,大学生是创新创业的重要组成部分,拥有着专业知识和丰富的想象力、创造力,创新创业也成为了大学生教育中重要的组成部分.辅导员是大学生管理工作的主要参与人,是大学生创新创业的指导者和引领者,对学生创新创业教育有着巨大的影响力.该文结合大学生创新创业教育实践,分析辅导员在大学生创新创业教育中的作用,为进一步做好大学生双创教育工作出谋划策.
