    目前,我国正在开展轰轰烈烈的教育改革.当前教育改革重点是促进学生素质的全面提升.而想要达成这一目的,开展德育教育是关键.这就需要教师结合自己的教育经验积极进行探索和创新.中学班主任作为班级的管理者,一举一动对学生都有着莫大的影响,而在新课改下,班主任应该顺应改革的需要,积极对德育教育创新,从而提升学生的素质.
