    Abstract：

    新课标的实施,促使初中数学教育职能发生转变.教师不再主宰课堂,更多的是引导学生.实际上,仍有不少教师只知道灌输知识,疏于对学生的引导.为了改善这一现状,需要引入"导学互动"教学模式.本文结合笔者的自身学习和教学经验,谈谈如何利用"导学互动"模式提升教学质量.
