    Abstract：

    教师在开展体育教学中,要以提升学生的综合能力为前提,关注学生的发展性,遵循"健康第一"的原则,通过不断地学习和总结教学经验,创新教学方法及手段,从真正意义上提升学生运动的基础能力,培养学生的体育综合素质,进而促进高中生全面健康的发展.文章从当前高中体育教学现状进行研究,整理、探讨了高中体育教学如何进行改进,如何能够更好地提高高中学生体育素质和体育精神,以及学校教师应如何进行培养与提高.
