    烟草工业企业的持续发展离不开青年技能人才队伍的驱动.在此情形下,探索青年技能人才的培养实践路径具有重要意义.对此,本文从技能人才理论概念及其培养的重要性出发,讨论了烟草工业企业青年技能人才培养面临的现状与困境,提出具体的实践思路,从而为烟草工业企业青年技能人才培养提供理论参考.
