    初中时期是学生身心健康发展、形成良好体育素养的重要时期,需要体育教师以素质教育理念为指导,注重学生体育锻炼兴趣的激发,采取切实可行的教学方法来提高学生的身体素质,让学生在愉悦、轻松的课堂环境中学习体育知识,获得身心的健康发展.兴趣教学法是当前使用最为广泛的教学方法之一,将其运用到初中体育教学中,不仅能深刻影响学生体育素养的形成,满足素质教学的基本需求,还能为后续实践活动与理论教育的实施提供参考依据.
