    大学生职业核心能力是大学生职业生涯中除岗位专业能力之外的基本能力,它适用于各种职业,能适应岗位不断变换,是伴随人终身的可持续发展能力.高校主题班会"系统化、规范化、课程化"为系统培养学生职业核心能力搭建了一个新平台、开拓了一条新路径.本文以宿迁学院为例,具体阐述了主题班会课程化项目在提升大学生职业核心能力的有益探索.
