    随着城市的不断发展和进步，环境问题也日益突显出来，城市建设发展中的环境影响评价也在各个方面显示出其重要的作用。对工程建设而言，展开全过程的环保管理工作也是促使建筑行业走向绿色道路的重要手段之一，而环境影响评价对该工作有着重要的保障作用，基于此，本文就环境影响评价和全过程环保管理工作之间的联系进行相应的探讨和分析。
