Abstract：
在素质教育理念下，教师需要在提升学生基础知识水平的同时，注重对学生核心素养的培养，为学生的综合发展提供有效动力。在这样的教学背景下，传统的教学模式和方法明显已经不再适用，教师需要以核心素养为导向，积极采取创新型的教学方式和方法，提高课堂的教学质量与效率。本文以高中物理教学为例，结合自身多年的教学经验，对其有效的教学措施提出了自己的一些建议和观点。
