    BIM技术的应用可以将较为复杂的设计图纸立体化，实现建筑设计的三维效果展示。BIM技术是现代化社会发展过程中的基础，相比传统的建筑设计，BIM技术的应用可以更好的实现建筑智能化，同时提高建筑工程的效率。本文对BIM技术的概念进行介绍，探讨BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用，促使BIM技术的应用可以为建筑设计提供更加广阔的应用与发展。
