    Abstract：

    随着节能环保理念的不断渗透，使当前建筑工程施工管理越来越注重绿色环保。传统施工管理方式对自然环境造成了极大污染和破坏，绿色建筑施工管理理念逐渐成为人们倡导的施工管理方式。为此，本文对绿色施工管理理念进行简单概述，分析绿色施工管理在建筑工程管理中的应用，希望促进建筑行业绿色可持续发展。
