    伴随着社会经济水平和人们生活水平显著提高，城市居民对现代建筑功能有了更高要求。就现代建筑而言，在保证实用性的前提下还需兼顾创新和美观，同时具有绿色环保和可持续性。因此在设计过程中，应做到与时俱进，不断创新，进而满足城市居民对现代建筑的使用与审美需求，推动建筑行业向前发展。
