    班主任的工作是一门系统的工作，是繁重而分散的，它除了管理学生的安全，还要管理学生的学习、生活。因此做好班主任工作不是一蹴而就的，而是要持之以恒的管理。随着社会形势的发展，对班主任工作也提出更高的要求。如何做好班主任工作，有效的发挥教育功效是当前我们每一位班主任教师所应思考和探索的。
