Abstract：
决定孩子一生发展的不是智力因素，而是非智力因素。幼儿教师应该重视对幼儿亲和力、意志力、自信心等非智力因素的培养，使之适应未来社会的发展需要，为孩子一生的发展奠定了坚实的基础。本文作者根据多年幼教工作实践，从四个不同的角度探索探讨培养幼儿非智力因素的途径和方法。
